In accordance with R.C. 121.22, R.C. 3313.16, and applicable laws; the Treasurer of the Auburn Vocational School District Board of Education (“Board”) hereby serves the instant written notice that a special meeting is called for the purposes of (1) conferencing with an attorney for the public body concerning disputes involving the public body that are the subject of pending and/or imminent court action, on Thursday, April 25, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., at the Auburn Career Center Technology Learning Center, which is located at 8221 Auburn Road, Concord Township, Ohio 44077. The Board shall recess into executive session pursuant to R.C. 121.22(G)(3)-(5). The Board shall take all formal action in open session.

The Auburn Board of Education is the policy-making body for Auburn Career Center. It is composed of eleven members. The Auburn Board members elect their President and Vice President at an organizational meeting in January.
