In accordance with R.C. 121.22, R.C. 3313.16, and applicable laws; the Board President of the Auburn Vocational School District Board of Education (“Board”) hereby serves the written notice that a special meeting is called.

The District uses BoardDocs, which is a web-based system to electronically distribute board meeting agendas to the Board of Education and to the public. Agendas are normally available to the public four days in advance of a meeting and can be accessed using this link:

The Aspire Program at Auburn Career Center Provides Free Instructional Services to Adults Who Need to:
•    Prepare for the GED®
•    Improve English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL)
•    Improve Literacy through Math, Reading and Writing Skills
•    Attain Additional Skills Before Enrolling in College
•    Transition into Employment and College

Auburn Career Center Aspire Classes Offer the Following Advantages:
•    Locations in Lake and Geauga Counties
•    Varied Class Schedules Including Morning and Evening Options
•    Learners Work at Their Own Pace and Have Individualized Learning Plans (ILP)
•    Knowledgeable Instructors Ready to Help Learners Reach Goals

Classes are held at the following sites in Lake and Geauga County:
  • Auburn Career Center
  • Cardinal Board of Education
  • Lake Erie College
